Grants a 20% chance to fire a freezing flame alongside Isaac's tears. The flame can block up to 4 shots and/or deal 4 ticks of damage before being destroyed, and lasts up to 10 seconds.

The chance to fire a flame scales with luck and goes up to 50% with 30 luck.

Flames deal 1.5x Isaac's damage per tick at full size, and slow down enemies for 2 seconds. The damage dealt is lowered as the flame decays.

If an enemy dies from the flame, they get turned into an ice statue, similar to Uranus.

Cannot spawn naturally. Can be created by having Sapphic Sapphire and Homoerotic Ruby on the ground in the same room which will make them fuse together to form the trinket.

Inherited from Sapphic Sapphire Causes female enemies to become charmed for 10 seconds upon spawning. A list of which enemies are considered female can be found here.

Inherited from Homoerotic Ruby Once every 3 seconds, there is a 10% chance to apply the Berserk effect to a random female enemy for 6.67 seconds.

Enemies under the Berserk effect turn bright red, and appear with a red mark over their head.

Berserked enemies cannot be killed, unless they are the last enemy alive in the room.

Berserked enemies are 25% faster.

Berserked enemies receive 50% more damage from any source, and deal a full heart of damage to Isaac. They can also deal damage to other enemies (both contact and projectile damage), increased by 50% of their usual amount.

Even enemies that don't normally deal contact damage will be able to deal contact damage to other enemies, but not to Isaac.
